(The success of the Sorensen design/build program is that, based on the stated budget parameters given to us early on by our clients, both our design and construction teams are fully engaged in the costing process. In other words, there are seldom any budget surprises between completing a given design and the start of construction. The two teams are organized to work seamlessly together within the framework of our client’s brief).
